This custom build for a young couple in Mount Cotton incorporates features designed for the family they were planning to start. These include a child’s bedroom close to the master bedroom and a separate play area.
One of the owners is enthusiastic about interior design and enjoyed working with our designer to run her vision through thought out the home.
On the outside, the carport demonstrates the greatest benefit of building a custom home—you can have whatever you want. The carport is integrated into the design of the house—rather than being added later and looking incongruous. More importantly, the roof is higher than standard. A standard carport would have fitted the owners’ boat, but they anticipate owning a larger boat and, later, a caravan.
