Unlike others who prioritise quantity, Anthony craves quality, constructing only a limited number of homes per year as if they were his own.

Anthony expresses concern about the declining quality of workmanship, he laments, “Too many builders display a lack of tidiness and a disregard for safety. They tend to adopt a ‘good enough’ attitude and rush to complete a home, knowing they can return to address issues later if the customer raises objections.” Anthony is the opposite. He constantly reminds his team, “If I wouldn’t accept it in my house, it’s not going in someone else’s.” He doesn’t ignore problems, he rectifies them. If he thinks something can be done better – even if it’s harder — he will accomplish it.
His dedication to his craft (and his Clients) is so profound that he’s often labelled a workaholic. To him however, building is as much a cherished hobby as it is a business.

Although Anthony could easily have more clients, he limits the number of homes Antech builds per year due to the involvement he has (from concept to completion) in every build.
