After visiting other builders with the plans for his Sinnamon Park home, the detail-orientated owner of this custom family home came to us. We talked through a few suggestions to enhance the plans, which allowed us to build a custom home with exceptional flow, delivering the open-plan living style the family wanted.
Bifold doors along two walls open the living room completely to the alfresco area fitted out with BBQ, fridge and large-screen TV for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
The family were building a dream home and wanted to be involved in every decision and detail, so our approach to communication and consultation suited them perfectly. Whenever they had a question on the smallest detail, they had only to call to get an answer straight away.
Designed for privacy, the house is accessible via an easement, but careful project planning meant this was never an issue during the custom build.
