This custom home, designed for a young couple in Mount Cotton, caters to one owner’s passion for interior design. She enthusiastically collaborated with our designer to integrate her vision throughout the entire home.
Showcasing 4 spacious bedrooms, the home design incorporates a child’s bedroom close to the master bedroom and a separate play area. The lower level features a media room, study and expansive open plan living kitchen and dining, seamlessly connecting to the alfresco space. This layout enhances the flow of natural light and creates a spacious inviting ambience ideal for both everyday living and entertaining guests.
On the outside, the carport demonstrates the greatest benefit of building a custom home, you can have whatever you want. The carport is integrated into the design of the house, rather than being added later and looking incongruous. More importantly, the roof is higher than standard. A standard carport would have fitted the owners’ boat, but they anticipate owning a larger boat and, later, a caravan.
