Chris & I purchased our block quite some time ago, & initially had a disconcerting experience with another builder. After this, we sat down & discussed what we wanted from a builder. Antech gave a stress-free experience
Our first contact with Antech Constructions was viewing their show houses at Redland Bay. The first impression we had was the excellent finish of the buildings, both inside and out. After looking around at other houses and builders for quite a while we decided that Antech was the one we wanted to investigate further. Our initial contact was by telephone to the very friendly staff in the office, followed by a casual meeting with Anthony to discuss our requirements. He showed us his vast array of plans and photographs and gave us all the information we needed to put the building process in motion
We signed the contract and that was the beginning of a great and exciting building experience.
We had to go overseas for 2 months whilst the build was in it’s early stages but we were very confident of leaving it in their capable hands and even received photographs from time to time of the building via email along with a progress report which was so reassuring and on our return everything was on schedule - despite the rain delays. Our home was completed on time and to our total satisfaction. Every step of the build was a positive experience, something we had never had with a builder before.
Building with Antech was a most stress-free experience and it was a pleasure dealing with Anthony and all his staff. Our house is now a home that we are able to enjoy with the knowledge that we have a very well constructed building and a back up service that is second to none and we thank you all so much of that.

Building with military-like precision
In February 2010 Antech Constructions commenced our 490m2 house on acreage in the Redlands. From our initial meetings with Anthony, to the final handover in September, we were constantly impressed at the level of professionalism and care all the team at Antech showed.
Antech’s price was very competitive and all employees provided work of the highest standard with their attention to detail a feature. Anthony Fiteni was always available to discuss building matters, no matter when I called him and he was regularly inspecting progress on-site.
Aside from the building itself, Antech’s team is the biggest positive, from Karen in the office, Andrea the color consultant to Jimmy and Lyal on-site. As we had never built a house before, they carefully lead us through the steps, with every detail planned like a military exercise! All the staff we met were friendly and co-operative, often going out of their way to use their years of experience to gently suggest possible alterations to ensure the best final result.
The biggest recommendation I can give Antech Constructions is that should we build again, they would be the first people I would call. I would know that I could look forward to a stress free build, with the house built to the highest standards, at a competitive price and delivered on time.
