You can bring your own concept to us, and let our Master Builder Anthony and his architect work out the details. Or you may prefer to sit down and work out your less formal ideas and come up with a unique design that is completely personalised to you and your requirements. We can show you exactly what your plans will look like when completed with our special 3D software program.

If your building site has a ten metre frontage or so, there are special considerations for construction. We are highly experienced in dealing with the unique challenges that a small lot size can create.

These can include issues around privacy, acoustics, access to sunlight and breezes, making the most of views, and ensuring the house meets all council approvals. Extra insulation, window positioning, screening, and outdoor living areas are all designed with the surroundings carefully taken into consideration.
