If your building site has a ten metre frontage or so, there are special considerations for construction. We are highly experienced in dealing with the unique challenges that a small lot size can create.

These can include issues around privacy, acoustics, access to sunlight and breezes, making the most of views, and ensuring the house meets all council approvals. Extra insulation, window positioning, screening, and outdoor living areas are all designed with the surroundings carefully taken into consideration.

Experience

Anthony Fiteni started out in his building career as an Apprentice Carpenter in the usual way.  After the successful completion of his apprenticeship he started Carpentry sub-contracting to other builders for 10 years.  This gave him a very good insight into the building process.In 2003 Anthony obtained his builders licence which evolved Antech Constructions from carpentry into Building.Whilst having the Showroom at his Home in Braidwood Street, Thornlands was convenient, Anthony’s demand for his building expertise was such that he outgrew his office. So when the opportunity arose recently to acquire a large, new premise in the Cleveland CBD he realized this was too good to pass up.

Antech Constructions moved into Unit 2 at 115 Russell Street Cleveland in early March after spending six months completing the internal fit out for reception, offices and a comprehensive showroom for his business.Over the years Anthony has almost exclusively built for families in the Redlands, but he is expanding into the adjacent areas along with his reputation.  Anthony believes that most of his clients come from Antech’s good name in the industry and from personal referrals from previous clients.  His homes are built with consistent quality, much due he believes to the high standards of workmanship that his loyal and long serving subcontractors deliver and his high expectations of them to produce a superior finish.  His clients are mostly families who are building their second or third home and who trust Antech Constructions to build the quality home they want without the stress and worry.
